PT. Trans Power Marine is a shipping company with core business in marine cargo transportation and handling. Trans Power Marine operates its tugs and barges especially in Indonesia and South East Asia areas such as Philippines, Malaysia, and Thailand.

PT. Trans Power Marine has branches (local agent) in Banjarmasin, Batulicin, Tarakan, Samarinda, Jepara, and Cilacap to support its operation. All branches are handling PT. Trans Power Marine own fleets and also other customers. They are handle tugs/barges and mother vessel calling at the branch port area. All branches support Jakarta office as a principle and/or as a general agent.

Human Resource Officer

Responsibilities:

• Implement and control the implementation of human resource management system to support the fulfillment and human resource development as well as the creation of industrial relations in a conducive environment for the company.

Requirements:

• Male/ Female,
• Max 27 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, administration psychology, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Proficient in HR matter.
• Able to communicate well with all levels of people.
• Good writing skills.
• Meticulous, detailed, well-organized and able to work independently to meet datelines.
• Expert user of MS Excel and numerically inclined.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to start in short notice a strong advantage.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available
