The Company started its Property Management busines actitivities in 2005, this was the time when PT. Bakrie Swasakti Utama (BSU), the owner of Wisma Bakrie 1 office building which is located in Jl. HR Rasuna Said, Kuningan area, Jakarta Selatan, decided to hand over the building management to a professional company, a Property Management Company was then established under the name of PT.Dinamika Nusantara Bestari (DNB).

Tenant Relation

Requirements:

• Male, 23 - 28 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Linguistics/Languages, Mass Communications or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): handling customers, communication skill, Computer Literate.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
• 2 Contract position(s) available

Training Coordinator

Requirements:

• Male, 28 - 35 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management
• Required skill(s): Management Training, Communication skill
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• Has experiences as Trainer min 3 years.
• Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
• Contract positions available.
