Customer Service Executive
Responsibilities:
- Our client is currently seeking qualified, highly motivated and dynamic individuals to join them as permanent employee.
- Order management which includes artwork and sample card processing, preparation and releasing of E-Checklist, creation of Interco PO
- Handling order and shipment issues from Customer/Sales/Planner/TC/MKT
- Maintain and update customer delivery information in CR system
- Validation of MFG-Pro system data against E-checklist
- Data recording of quality issue/complain in I-Care System
- Reviews and monitors order status and confirm order schedule to relevant parties
- Prepare weekly report & issue invoices
- Diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of customer service support or order control experience
- Must experienced working in a MNC environment
- Proficient in MS Office Applications, knowledgeable in advanced MS Excel is a plus
- Good communication skills with fluency in written and oral English
- Knowledge on order operation is preferred
- Highly motivated, flexible team player and able to work under pressure
