Requirements:

• Male / Female
• Min Degree or Master Architect from reputable university.
• Min 2 Years in Business Development Area (Property company is an advantage).
• Able to operating Autocad 3D, Photoshop, Skecthup, 3D Max (Advantage).
• Have knowledge about Investor area.
• Have good knowledge about area of Jakarta and Tangerang.
• Able to drive the car and license to drive (SIM A).
• Good Communication skill.
• Willing to be located in Jakarta (Gajah Mada).
• Able to speak English fluently.

Requirement:

• Male,
• Age between 25-30 years old.
• Graduated from S1 in Civil Engineering/ Architect from reputable university with GPA min 2,75
• Have at least 2 years experience in Material Construction.
• Able to operate technical drawing/Auto CAD, Design Grafis , Power Point & MS.Office.
• Having SIM A driving license
• Having good communication and interpersonal skill
• Able to work under pressure
• Creative and innovative
