HR Officer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to support the organization in human resources management function, recruitment, training, development and performance management systems.

Requirements:

• Male/Female
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent from reputable university
• Having at least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good in human approach capability, flexible, creative, independent & good interpersonal skill.
• Passion for excellence, pro-active and self-starters, good analytical thinking.
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang.

Paper Packaging Product Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible designing, modeling, testing and producing prototypes of brand new paper packaging products, or making improvements to existing products

Requirements:

• Male/Female
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Graphics Design or Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• Good skill in design packaging and can improves engineer products for marketability.
• Mastering Graphic Design Software: Artios CAD, Corel DRAW, Auto CAD.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Publishing/Printing or equivalent. Job role in Others or equivalent.
• Self motivated, responsible, & good in problem solving.
