PT Indomarco Adi Prima (IAP) is one business unit of PT Indofood Corporation engaged in the distribution of consumer products. IAP distributes the majority of Indofood products, consumer products and also distributes other non Indofood to several areas in Indonesia, to the modern market to the traditional market. Currently, the IAP has 25 branches in major cities in Indonesia with more than 1100 Stock Point with more than 300,000 outlets.
With an extensive distribution coverage and growing, so we need a cadre of qualified leaders through the Management Trainee (MT). MT is a special track program aimed at graduate (fresh graduate) prepared with special education for 2 years to become future leaders who will come IAP.

Management Trainee Finance Accounting (MT-FA)
Requirements:- At Least Bachelor degree from Accounting with GPA > 3.00
- Male, Single, max. 25 years old
- Fresh graduate or having maximum 1 year work experience in related field
- Have good analytical thinking, high motivation and initiative
- Have good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to be placed in any area of Indonesia
- Able to join recruitment test in Semarang/Yogyakarta & Jakarta
