Training Specialist (Junior Manager Level)
Requirements:- Male/Female, max 40 years old, min Bachelor Degree with GPA>2.75.
- Min 5 years solid experiences in training.
- Having experiences in creating training need analysis and training modules
- Experienced in delivering training for managerial level
- Skillful in evaluating training
- Strong coordination & interpersonal skill
- Fluent in English & Computer Literate
- Willing to be placed at Lippo Karawaci
